If you schedule a haulout with us, your vessel will be carried by this state-of-the-art machine.
This innovative design is able to lift vessels up to 65 feet long and up to 45 tons on a bed of air. 10"x20' pressurized air bunks literally cradle the vessel during the entire haulout process completely eliminating engine room vent damage, chine damage, cap & rub rail damage, & prop shaft damage. This also alleviates hull & gunnel stress imposed by strap style haulout machines. It is 3 times as fast as a typical haulout machine, enabling a vessel Launch or Haulout in minutes

Yard Facilities

Here at North Harbor we have over 4 acres of yard space exclusively for your use. We have permitting on about 2 acres of it for anything your boat desires from blister jobs to wood restorations & hull paint. Go to the Yacht Services page for more information. The other 2 acres are for storage utilizing the Sea-Lift. In addition to the yards, we have a 14,000 square foot heated building that accommodates eight 50' yachts for refits, hull modifications and more. Our 25' x 60' indoor paint booth is also available for year round use.
Ramp Facility

Here is where it all begins within the breakwater of Fidalgo Marina. This commercial ramp is owned by the City of Anacortes and leased to various local businesses. You must have contracted work with one of these businesses in order to have access to this facility. Call today and we'll schedule a zinc change & pressure wash for your vessel.
Pressure Wash Facility

When we haul you for storage or any extended stay in the service yard we will pressure wash your hull to avoid bottom growth decay in the yard and to expose any hidden damages that may have occurred. (fees apply)
Transient Docks

In case of emergency, we have four slips available just a few yards from the haulout ramp. These slips are first come, first served only and are kept open solely for boating emergencies such as being towed in with dead engines, or if you are unable to bring the boat up during normal business hours, we can reserve a slip for you on a weekend when scheduled for a Monday haulout. These slips are gated and locked for your security. Electricity and water are provided and temporary parking is nearby for easy access.
