Bottom Paint

We use Interlux Micron CSC and Pettit Trinidad primarily but if you have a specific need, we can get most any paint that is EPA approved.
Our crew of highly skilled painters can get your boat done in about a day unless it requires extensive prep work. The prices quoted include your haulout, pressure wash & launch, but not the extra prep required by excessive marine growth. The bottom paint prices also do not include zincs or the labor to install zincs. We do recommend zinc replacement while your vessel is out of the water. Zinc Anode prices vary by size & application, and labor fees apply for installation.

3. We have been chine modification specialists since 1996. Our goal is to build the highest quality product possible to give you trouble free service for the lifetime of your vessel. Each modification is hand-shaped (click here for image), using 6lb. structural foam, to fit the varying hulls that come from the factory. By hand-shaping the core, we are able to insure the best shape and fit for each individual vessel. The end result is a seamless design with no edges, joints or unsightly bulges or indents. After the core is molded to the hull by hand, the lamination process is stringent, the overlapping of the existing hull and the foam core is done with double the industry standard for lay-ups (click here for image). Because of our meticulous process, our product will not trap water between the hull and the modification, it will not fill with water if cracked or punctured, and because it is not a two-part glued-on product, it will not delaminate at the seams.
